Graffiti or not Graffiti?

Sign sign everywhere a sign aside ... could this be anymore politically correct?

Handicap friendly, local friendly, multi-lingual friendly and as I remember there may be some braille on it that didn't quite get showcased in this image.

Dole Pineapple factory restroom sign on the Island of Oahu on the way out to the North Shore. It's really an odd way to keep the "country" "country" but it kind of works for me. The kids and wife seemed to love it.

So the question is Graffiti or not Graffiti?????
