One of the flagship restaurants for Ruby's.

If location and ambiance is what makes the business work ... this place has got it in spades. The girls who work @ Ruby's stick out amongst the tourists as they walk to work in their candy stripe nurse / waitress uniforms... walking along ... cold ... gabbing away on their cell phones.

I was trying to catch the wind movement in the twirly things on the kite shop... being hand held this was the best I could do... Notice the lifeguard hard at work. He must have been tired. I didn't hear him badger the bikes not to ride, the dogs not to walk, and anyone to put out their cigarette.
