Graffiti ... or not graffiti?
Picture taken of Kyler & the Boy on the route of my daily Dog walk. The boy was kind enough to escort me. In a city of millions there are places off the beaten path where you can let a rottie run. This is one. The artist left his tools for my boy to pose with.
Considering this is a condemned area only accessible by trespass... is it graffiti or not?
